This revelatory questionnaire is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, beneficial to all age groups seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

The questions are very thought-provoking, requiring deep thought to answer objectively, which is key to gaining greater self-awareness. If you can answer 80% of them without undue deliberation, you are quite self-aware. Kudos to you.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

What do you most value in your friends?

We all have limiting beliefs about ourselves. What are yours?

What are two goals in your life right now?

On my journey of personal growth, I read books on philosophy, psychology, Stoicism and related subjects. Reading author Louise Hay’s book, You Can Heal Your Life, was the transformative catalyst that profoundly changed my outlook on life. I learned the importance of self-reflection in exploring thoughts, goals, intentions, and emotional well-being. More importantly, our thoughts shape our reality; what we believe about ourselves and life becomes our truth, and what we give out, we get back.
